AluStar Swarco traffic light signal
December 2021
As part of the development of its collection of traffic light signals, the MuSé asked Génétec of Namur to acquire a modern LED signal. In Liège, it is mainly the Alustar signal from Swarco that is used at crossroads; Génétec is responsible for replacing the good old ATEA signals (Antwerp).
Génétec very kindly donated these signals, which operate at a voltage of 42 volts.
While the tricolour signal (lantern) has never been deployed on our roads, the pedestrian signal comes from a crossroads.
Admire these coloured lenses!
