Dismantling TXS Schréder street lamps

In this case, the MuSé worked with Mobix to try and save the RX Schréder H-shaped streetlights. In the end, it was the TXS Schréder streetlights that were dismantled. They were installed on the E19 motorway at Roeulx...
As a well-organised team, we dismantled each light on site. Wearing a fluorescent waistcoat was compulsory - safety came first!
The "TXS" is particularly heavy, with the ignition auxiliary located in the body of each 131-watt lamp (low-pressure sodium vapour).
